The eastern women of Pakistan have always experienced disadvantages relative to men of the same class. Social and cultural factors have historically kept most women from entering the job market. But with the recent changes in society caused by increased economic pressures, expansion of educational facilities and increased access to learning, more and more women are entering the job market at all levels.Pakistan women follow the eastern culture of Islam. In Pakistan eastern culture women wear whole dress including head scarf or dupatta to cover head. Eastern women of Pakistan are more respected and inspired from the western world as they feel attraction to simplicity and beauty of true culture and ideology.
Before 1971, Pakistan was divided into two subordinates East and West Pakistan and that's why the women of West Pakistan were called as women western Pakistan and women who were migrated and living in East Pakistan were called as women Eastern Pakistan.
