Pakistanian Teaching Women

Pakistani women play an important educational role in the community, because they are responsible for educating their children. The need for more Pakistan women teachers cannot be underestimated. The presence of Pakistani women teachers boosts parents' confidence and encourages them to send their daughters to schools, especially in rural areas. Pakistani women exercise and influence over the rest of the community in order to guarantee their integrity and development. Number of different studies of south Asia has shown that enrollment rates of girls is improving day by day and dropout rate is reducing significantly with female teachers in schools.

 

In Pakistan in rural areas unfortunately in rural areas may obstacles need to be overcome for Pakistan teaching women reach the level of professionalism and recognition because in a country like Pakistan most of the population lives in the rural areas, there are fewer women teachers and Pakistani women hesitate to go to remote places? Pakistanian teaching women are trained well enough in order to deliver the best knowledge they could but in rural areas the most untrained Pakistani women teachers are present which results as having the adverse affects on the educational development of girls and increasing the illiteracy rates among women. In these areas it is not accepted that women should go to work and which keeps Pakistan women unemployment high. Nevertheless parents still prefer to send their daughter in schools where more women teachers are working.

Nowadays, despite of facing enormous cultural challenges, Pakistani women is trying to build women teaching careers within this patriarchal society and looks at how they balance their multiple commitments. Teacher together with students are a central part of a school system. The quality and efficiency of educational programs highly depends on the quality of teachers. From their motherhood and other traditional family responsibilities Pakistan women are prepared to relate to children and this is undoubtedly a great advantage that facilitate Pakistan women teachers.

Our community is now encouraging Pakistani women teachers to continue play their role as teachers as productive and community work is required for them. Pakistan women teachers are playing an active role as agents of educational development which is for their own self and for the children too is very important.
