The society in Pakistan is highly protective of women and girls. Pakistan women are almost equal to men. They are equal in potential as the men. The Pakistan women live in the most diversified location of the tribal, feudal or urban environments. Pakistani women can be a highly qualified and self-confident professional or a diffident peasant toiling along with her men-folk.

Pakistani women has been playing various roles for years such as the role that a women play as a citizen, a member of a family, or a homemaker, a teacher, a mother, a daughter , a professionalist and so many more. In the rural and frontier areas she lives with identity of either the mother of the future feudal lord, wife, daughter or sister of the feudal has to bear unbearable dominance by the other sections of society. But on the other hand as long as Pakistani women appreciate and accept their position as subordinate to man, the woman has nothing to fear. In Pakistan there are laws that protect Pakistani women but she has to be a subject to a male whether he is her father, son or husband.

But now, over the years the scenario has changed and the awareness of her abilities, her rights and her status has reached almost all parts of Pakistan, which is an underdeveloped third world country. The women are however, permitted to educate them and work which is a good sign since education is the best path towards economic empowerment; which is turn would be able to encourage Pakistani women to be respected more in the society.

Urban side of Pakistan women is not anymore backward, urban areas women are said to be called the super women they are not behind men in performing their responsibilities. Pakistan women community contribute much in adopting changes in Pakistani society and with change the most important thing that happened is change in mind set of parents who previously considered their daughters as burdens but now it's not like that anymore and due to parents encouragement and support women are working side by side with men and sharing the burden of society as equal partner.

Youthful women are more aware of their identities, their capabilities and are definitely more ambitious. The inflation and exposure through media has open minds in the Pakistani society, where parents feel confident that their daughters can also be successful in lives. Similarly, young men want to choose sanguine Pakistan women as wives who can be more of a partner than just glorified maids who would cook and look after kids. In 21st century women in urban society of Pakistan carries all rights, majority of women are getting education, working in different field of their interest side by side with men.

Women in Pakistan are now working on the post of CEO'S, GT pilot, high post in Banks, doctors, engineer and what not women are free to go in any field now and complete her dream without any fear. Most of the girls are working in different fields and trend is changing that girl can only adopt the profession of medicine is not any more.
